I just wanted to send a short note to let you know how very pleased I am to have done business with Distinctive Cycles, since I purchased my new 2007 Sea Doo RTX Jet Ski !!
The sales transaction was "excellent" (Lanna / Laura) as was the post sale preparation of the machine.
In particular, I would like to "thank" Bret in the maintenance / service department for his "outstanding" attention to customer needs.
Last Saturday 4/24/9.....I had a minor operational problem with an "exhaust over-temperature" warning signal.
I called Distinctive Cycles and spoke with Bret who quickly helped me understand and resolve the problem. He was GREAT !!!
Please pass my most sincere appreciation to Bret for his assistance.
Two days later, Bret called to "follow-up" on the issue........customer service, just doesn't get any better than that !!!

"I just bought an 09 Blue By You Vision from Distinction Cycles. The demo ride earlier is what really sold me and now that I own one, I am even more impressed with the bike. Please allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes at gas stops due to the fact of the admirers asking questions. The crew at Distinctive Cycles is great, Jerry ( the owner ) went over all the details of the bike to be sure I understood the operation of my purchase...maybe I can get him to explain my digital recorder to me. Thanks again guys!!"
